Successfully represented the appellant, both in her personal capacity and as the executrix of an estate, in a successful appeal before the Appellate Division of the High Court. Overturned the lower court’s decision by establishing that a common intention constructive trust granted the deceased full beneficial interest in a commercial coffeeshop lease and its rental proceeds.
