Your executor carries out your will — collecting your assets, paying any debts, and distributing your estate as you have instructed. Choose someone (above the age of 21) you trust, who is willing and able to take this on. You can name more than one.遗嘱执行人负责执行您的遗嘱——收集您的资产、偿还债务，并按您的指示分配遗产。请选择一位您信任、愿意并有能力担任此职、且年满21岁的人。您可以指定多位遗嘱执行人。

Specific Gifts 特定遗赠

Assign a particular asset to one or more beneficiaries. Your first specific gift is included in the base fee — each additional one is +S$25.将某项特定资产分配给一位或多位受益人。第一项特定遗赠已包含在基本费用内——每增加一项加收 S$25。

Residuary Estate 剩余遗产

Whatever remains after the specific gifts above. Level 1 is included in your base fee. Add another level for a backup plan — e.g. what happens if a beneficiary predeceases you. Each extra level is +S$25.扣除上述特定遗赠后剩余的全部遗产。第1层级已包含在基本费用内。可增加层级作为备选方案——例如受益人先于您去世时如何处理。每增加一个层级加收 S$25。

Since you have named a beneficiary under 21, you will want to name a guardian — the person who takes on day-to-day care of your minor children if you are no longer able to. The guardian must be above 21 years old.由于您指定了未满21岁的受益人，您可能需要指定监护人——即在您无法照顾时，负责日常照料您未成年子女的人。监护人须年满21岁。
